What is your connection to lacrosse training and fundamental skill development?
As both a player and coach I have always appreciated "the process" of individual and team player development and seeing the notable improvement in both individual players and groups of players.
Through my educator (K-12 experience), coaching, and playing experience I believe that I provide a unique and effective training experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
I thoroughly enjoy creating experiences and environments that maximize skill development for any given training session. My goal is to always create sessions that maximize repetitions and reactions partnered with quality coaching to maximize player development.
There are limited training environments that focus on both repetitions and reactions as many programs have a major focus on team practices and 10v10 gameplay (less touches and development).
I am happy to provide what I feel is most effective towards the development of lacrosse players to our Montclair Lacrosse players and families.
