What is  

Blue and White Lacrosse? 

Blue and White Lacrosse training and development is a training and development program designed specifically for Montclair Lacrosse players and families in grades K-8. 

The objective of this program is to provide local, consistent, and effective lacrosse training throughout the year to prepare our players with the necessary skills to compete for their upcoming spring season and future lacrosse endeavors. 

We also believe in building a strong lacrosse community in town, which is done by training and playing together consistently and building a connection between our players/families in the early elementary grades through high school. 

What differentiates Blue and White Lacrosse from the rest? 

KNOWLEDGE: coaches who are not only knowledgeable about the game of lacrosse but also understand how to effectively develop athletes in all grade levels in the appropriate manner.

PASSION/CARE: a coaching staff who is invested in the long term development of the players in the town of Montclair.

PURPOSE : to train effectively and consistently in a proper environment conducive to learning and development.

MULTI-SPORT ATHLETES: we encourage our athletes to play multiple sports. 

PLAY CLUB: great training choice for players who play club lacrosse and do not play club lacrosse.

LOCAL: Walk, bike, or drive 10 minutes or less for effective lacrosse instruction
